The Mother-Daughter Day is a Creative, Interactive and Fun Learning Experience for 11 - 18 year old girls and their moms/guardians.
It’s the perfect occasion for celebrating Mothering Sunday weekend.
During the Mother-Daughter Day, our intention is to help create communities that simultaneously nurture girls, mothers, and mother-daughter relationships.
 Mothering in today's world is incredibly stressful. Girls need and want a close connection with their mothers. As our girls grow into unique independent young women, they need the support, guidance and wisdom of their elders. We are dedicated to discovering and sharing ways mothers and daughters can stay close and thrive together through adolescence and beyond.
The Woman Arise Institute warmly invites you to take part in an exciting and empowering workshop that honours and celebrates mother and daughter relationships.
 With laughter and fun, we spend the afternoon honouring your unique relationship. You will leave the experience with powerful communication skills, a deeper connection with each other and a discovery of inner strengths and resources to help you and your daughter navigate the teenage years successfully.
