What sets Tonya apart is…

• Her wide range of unusual direct life experiences together with her extraordinary ability to relate to people from all backgrounds and cultures. Tonya shares her personal narrative with humour and honesty, inspiring all who hear her.
   

• Tonya has a heart for women as well as young people and understands the complex issues facing them today. She assists many with making better life choices in an objective and non-judgemental approach. With her openness, sensitivity, patience and resilience, Tonya has a natural ability to empower people to do and be their very best.
   

• Her strategies are tried and tested by her personally. She knows what works and what doesn’t. This is particularly powerful with women and young people who can smell pretence a mile off. Given her personal history, it’s not suprising that she gains such a high degree of respect from women and young people everywhere.
   

• Tonya has over 8 years experience of coaching. She therefore has a sound understanding of the needs of women and has helped many enhance the quality of their life.
   

• Tonya is a positive role model for women. Not only does she deliver her empowering services around England, but is also published in numerous anthologies and academic journals. She holds a diploma in life coaching and is a member of The Coaching and Mentoring Network. Tonya also runs a social enterprise, ICU Transformational Arts Limited, which utilises the creative arts as a vehicle for transformation. She is currently in the process of completing her PhD & writing a one-woman show.
